10kV Transmission and distribution lines are the most commonly used voltage grade lines in the power system. Because the insulation level of 10kV lines is generally low, it is difficult to withstand the effect of direct lightning or induced lightning. It will not only flashover and trip when lightning strikes the conductor and tower top, but also flashover and breakdown of insulation layer due to high induced voltage when lightning strikes surrounding trees or buildings, If the continuous power frequency arc burns here, the conductor will be burned out in a very short time . At present, more and more 10kV distribution lines in major and medium-sized cities in China use insulated conductors as overhead distribution lines, which effectively solves the corridor and safety problems that are difficult to solve with bare conductors. Compared with underground cables, it has the advantages of low investment and fast construction, but it also brings some new technical problems, one of which is t he lightning disconnection during the operation of insulated conductors, Lightning disconnection has become a security problem faced by power system. In order to solve the defects existing in the existing technology, the lightning protection products newly developed and developed by our company include feg-12/ 5 high-voltage lightning protection needle composite insulator (divided into puncture and non puncture) high-voltage drop lightning protector, etc. All the above new products have the function of lightning protection. These new lightning protection products have reliable performance, convenient installation and construction, less investment and large harvest, providing a more economical, safer and more effective way for the power sector.   1. This produce is divided puncture and non-puncture type(strip the insulation layer)two kinds, which is mainly composed of an insulating cover, cramping aluminum fittings, composite insulators, arc bar and lower steel legs and other components. 2.
